In January 2025, EPCB and Spectra Feed Ltd, a well-known feed company in Bangladesh, officially signed a boiler supply agreement. The signing ceremony was held in the customer's office in Dhaka. The main person in charge, project manager and investor representatives from Thailand attended and witnessed this important moment.

Enlarge the FRP dust collector by one size to improve the dust removal efficiency and meet the stricter standards of the local environmental protection department for smoke and dust emissions;
Put forward the demand for stronger conveying capacity of the slag remover to adapt to the large amount of slag generated during long-term and high-load operation.
The EPCB technical team immediately optimized the equipment selection and readjusted the pipeline configuration and accessories selection to ensure that the customized parts meet customer needs while maintaining the safety and efficiency of the overall operation of the system. This customized solution was highly praised by the customer team.
Service guarantee: Engineers stationed overseas, full-process technical support
EPCB always adheres to the concept of "service first". After the boiler equipment was delivered, the company immediately arranged a resident technical service team composed of senior engineers to go to Bangladesh for installation guidance and commissioning services.
At the project site, the EPCB engineer team worked closely with the local construction party to explain and debug key modules such as the boiler body, coal feeding system, water treatment system, electric control cabinet, and pipeline layout in detail to ensure that each link meets the design standards. Engineers also conducted systematic training for customer operators to help them master the key points of equipment operation management and daily maintenance knowledge.
