The chain grate biomass fired steam boiler uses high-efficiency heat transfer element-threaded flue gas tube with reasonable heating surface and flue gas velocity, which makes the boiler thermal efficiency 6-8 percentage points higher than the national standard. The boiler adopts a high-strength chain grate or scale-type grate. Roller wheel device is assembled for the large grate. The combustion efficiency reaches 99.9%, saving more than 10% of coal consumption.
According to different fuel properties, the boiler structure is customized. Let the boiler system perfectly conform to the three principles of EPCB boilers production: 1. No waste of fuel (no leakage and complete combustion); 2. No discharge of excess exhaust gas (micro negative pressure combustion, ensure complete combustion while controlling air volume to reduce heat loss); 3. No loss of heat (reasonable insulation layer, to lock the heat of boiler).
The large diameter of the drum makes the water volume of the boiler large, the steam-water separation easier, and there is almost no excess water in the steam. The drum is equipped with a threaded flue gas pipe, which can exchange heat more fully between high-temperature flue gas and water. Compared with ordinary boilers, steam quality can be improved by more than 50% and thermal efficiency can be increased by more than 20%.

The large drum at the top connects with two headers at the bottom, and the water flow is more stable and uniform. Compared with ordinary boilers, this structure is more stable, compact and reasonable, which can be used for various fuels. Combined with reasonable air ducts, the heat exchange between the high-temperature flue gas and convection tube bundle and water wall is more sufficient. Produce the same unit of steam, save at least 30% of the fuel!
