The series of hot water boilers adopt horizontal three-pass structure, equipped with large diameter boiler drum, effectively increase the area of the radiation heating surface, make the boiler heating up quickly, and ensure enough hot water output.
Boiler adopts arched tube sheet and threaded flue gas tube, which transforms quasi-steel structure into quasi-elastomer structure. It enhances heat transfer, improves thermal efficiency, reduces welding stress and avoids cracking of tube sheet.
The boiler wall is made of heat-resistant concrete and high-temperature refractory bricks, which have good leak-proof performance and no air leakage. Moreover, the boiler is insulated by aluminium silicate plate, which greatly reduces the heat loss of the boiler.
